The team played a central role in delivering and funding a transformative scheme in Hove, encompassing 564 Build-to-Rent apartments and commercial space as part of a broader regeneration initiative. From the outset, the team spearheaded collaborative efforts with the Local Authority and Network Rail to unlock the site’s full potential. The scheme was successfully forward funded by Apache and KKR, a process that the team facilitated and managed throughout.
