Our Role
•Quantity Surveying including procurement, cost management, assessment & certification of valuations, change management, final account management & cost reporting. •Development Management and Employer’s Agent overseeing the entire development process from site feasibility to project handover. •Project Management from inception to completion ensuring alignment with the client’s objectives throughout the various 24-month construction programmes.
Results
•Managed a combined programme of projects totalling £30M across multiple sites. •A strong emphasis on repeat business & instructions across a range of client requirements. •Successfully delivered four dealership projects over a 7-year period. •Delivered multiple projects using different development & procurement methods. •Successful delivery across all RIBA stages, from early feasibility through to completion.
