King Street is the traditional retail high street in Manchester City Centre, which is a pedestrianised street with terraced retail properties on each side. The current occupiers include Jack Wills, TM Lewin, White Company, Patagonia and Boodles. The various ownerships along the street have meant that the quality is mixed, and a holistic strategy was impossible. 

Our market knowledge, connection with existing owners’ and tenacity resulted in a number of the units being acquired by our client off market. Despite challenging conditions in the retail market, our client has already seen the benefits of being a majority landlord across the street.
