We acquired Europa Centre, an off market retail and leisure investment, on the Wirral on behalf of the Wirral Council. This strategic purchase formed part of a wider plan for the regeneration of the town centre. 

We provided the Council with strategic investment and occupational advice to support the improvement of the town centre.
