LSH advised on the CAT A refurbishment of the building. The building was previously a hi-tech unit, and was developed by Maven into a high spec Grade A office building, to include all new M&E, floor plates, suspended ceiling, LED lighting, reception, WC and shower facilities.
In October 2018, LSH acquired the first floor of Aurora on behalf of client Barloworld, a South African owned industrial brand management company. Aurora was chosen as their new UK headquarters, as the building offered excellent quality open plan space on a self-contained floor plate of 11,000 sq ft. Vanwall Business Park is located approx. 1 mile from Maidenhead station, and close to the A404M and national motorway network.
