Lambert Smith Hampton has advised Critical Business Solutions (CBS) on the freehold acquisition of a modern office building totalling 28,620 sq ft in St Helens.
The property comprises a detached purpose-built office building arranged over three floors and was built in 2009. CBS will occupy the first floor whilst the existing business centre on the ground floor will be retained. The second floor will undergo a comprehensive refurbishment as part of the acquisition extending the offering of the wider business centre.
Located on Salisbury Street off Chalon Way in St Helens Town Centre, the property benefits from excellent public transport links as well as providing easy access to the M62 motorway and A580 East Lancashire Road.
Adam Robson, Transactional Director at LSH said: “We are delighted to have advised Critical Business Solutions on the acquisition of this modern office opportunity strategically located in St Helens. This transaction is a fantastic example of the role property can play in enabling CBS’ growth strategy within the North West region”.
Andrew Somerville, Managing Director at Critical Business Solutions added: “We are delighted to have completed the acquisition of The Enterprise Centre which will see members of our valued team relocate to a modern, well-located office building. This is a significant purchase for us and we will now focus on the refurbishment of the second floor in order to get it ready for letting out to prospective tenants.”
Sanderson Wetherall acted on behalf of the vendor.
