Lambert Smith Hampton secures Patrizia’s 24 Endell Street development on behalf of ITV Studios
ITV Studios has agreed a deal to relocate its daytime production facility to 24 Endell Street in Covent Garden where they have leased the building’s 11,000 sq ft basement studios. The deal secured by LSH will see ITV broadcast flagship daytime programmes including Lorraine, Loose Women and This Morning live from the site.
The basement facilities were originally part of a hospital that closed in 1992. In the early 2000s, the building was purchased by Paul Allen, co-founder of Microsoft, and Dave Stewart – co-founder of band Eurythmics – and redeveloped into the hClub, also known as The Hospital Club, a private members’ club for the creative industries.
From January 2026, the new studio, will see the ITV Studios Daytime label produce and broadcast almost 900 hours of live daily programming annually.
Chris Berry, Senior Director at LSH said: “We are delighted to have secured the iconic H Club Studios on behalf of our longstanding client ITV Studios. We identified the opportunity off market and having agreed terms, all parties worked tirelessly to deliver the studios in line with ITV’s timeline. This is an exciting move back into Central London for ITV Daytime and secures the future of another key piece of production infrastructure.”
Emma Gormley, Managing Director ITV Studios Daytime added: "As we work towards more cutting edge and efficient ways to produce Daytime shows in 2026, this move to The H Club studio offers state of the art technology that we can use across our programmes to create shows that are distinctive - with a look and feel that are familiar to and loved by our viewers. In a time of transformation for the entire industry, I want to thank all our Daytime teams for their dedication and skill in producing high-quality, compelling live shows every day throughout this period.”
Christian Brown, 'Director of Workplaces Services & Estates' at ITV said: “I would like to thank all of the team for putting so much hard work into getting this deal over the line. Thanks to Chris Berry and his team at Lambert Smith Hampton whose specialist sector knowledge was invaluable in identifying the opportunity and negotiating the transaction and to Claire Wilkinson of Wombles Bond Dickinson for her energy, drive and determination to agree and complete the documentation.
We look forward to continuing to work closely with our new neighbours Patrizia as we make the H Club Studio our new home of daytime television. Thanks particularly to James Sommers Eve for his continued help.”
