Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is pleased to announce the appointment of James Beale as Director within our London Residential Valuation Team. James will be based in London, working alongside Paul Roskilly and Matthew Rothery to support the team’s continued growth and success across London and the South East. 

James joins LSH from Savills, where he has spent over two decades building a reputation as a highly commercial and trusted adviser in the residential development market. With extensive experience in development valuation, James has provided expert advice to major banks and developers, with a particular focus on loan security and large-scale residential schemes. His background also includes several years within Savills’ development agency team, giving him a deep understanding of both valuation and transactional aspects of the market. 

At LSH, James will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation advice for residential development and investment purposes. He will also support the team’s operational effectiveness by taking on line management, peer review, and talent development responsibilities, enabling Team Leader Paul Roskilly to focus on business development and strategic growth.
