Formerly known as ‘574 Property Auctions’, the platform offered one of the market’s most innovative standalone online trading sites, but has now evolved into an integral part of LSH’s wider property marketing offer.

LSH Property Auctions offers transparent and easy access to a diverse inventory of properties allowing clients to navigate the property market with confidence and efficiency. Alongside the intergrated property portal, LSH also offers an additional auctions site specialising in plant, machinery, and business assets. Between the two services, LSH offers a ‘one stop shop’ for business owners seeking to exit, or to recapitalise via asset disposals.

Another key feature of the revamped platform is access to a team of specialists from across LSH's network. These experts are there to provide guidance and support throughout the auction process, allowing clients to make informed decisions and secure their investments with confidence.

Adam Ramshaw head of consultancy service lines at LSH, said: “Property marketing is now an omni-channel process and an online auctions platform is a vital tool in reaching a wider range of buyers and improving outcomes for our clients on the disposal side. This relaunch will offer our clients with an enhanced and seamless auction experience, backed by our expertise in the commercial property sector and beyond.”

Lucy Garner-Currie, head of property auctions, added: “This is an exciting extension of our already successful auction capabilities. By marrying up our national property capabilities with our national network of experts we can offer a more comprehensive service to a broader range of clients and businesses”.

LSH Property Auctions transacts around 200 lots a year on behalf of a variety of local authorities, government agencies, banks, insolvency practitioners and private clients.
