Homes England has appointed LSH to identify development partners to deliver its £3bn Northstowe site, set to become the UK’s biggest new town since Milton Keynes. 

Northstowe, which is 10 miles north of Cambridge, spans 1,300 acres and has outline planning consent to provide 10,000 homes.

Our Development Consultancy and Land teams have won the mandate to sell serviced land parcels over the next 3-4 years. Development partners will be sought for the second and third phases of the masterplan, which includes more than 2,000 house plots, plus commercial, retail and ancillary uses.
