We have been appointed as estate management and delivery partner for UK Power Networks across its UK property portfolio.

Our team have worked with UK Power Networks since 2014 and will continue to work with them to drive property efficiencies across its commercial and industrial spaces, to ensure their property portfolio supports core business operations.

UK Power Networks owns and runs the cables and substations which deliver safe and reliable electricity supplies to homes and businesses across London, the South East and East of England and it aims to increase the sustainability of its real estate.

The contract will see us continue to provide a wide range of property services across both the occupational and investment properties in UK Power Networks’ estate, with the aim of further understanding the full potential of its asset base.
