We have been appointed by Portsmouth City Council to act as office leasing agents at the South Coast’s landmark business location, Lakeside North Harbour. 

The 130-acre development, located adjacent to the M27 motorway at the gateway to the Solent Corridor provides convenient access to London, Portsmouth’s Ferry Ports and Southampton Airport, while boasting a vast array of stunning views across landscaped grounds which workers can enjoy thanks to Wi-Fi throughout all common areas. 

The campus has been designed with community at its epi-centre, promoting an outstanding quality of working life for employees as businesses look to return to the office this autumn, whilst, on-site amenities such as weekly street-food markets, guided runs, free yoga classes, and cafes ensure the work-life balance many have achieved throughout the pandemic remains an achievable long-term goal.
