Lambert Smith Hampton’s (LSH) award-winning South Coast industrial team have completed another letting, this time at Unit 8 Brickfield Lane, Chandlers Ford Industrial Estate. The letting, completed on behalf of ABA Limited, will see a new tenant take a total of 44,882 sq ft on the 2.25-acre site.

The letting was completed within just two months of landlords Ahmad Tea taking back possession of the property while the lease was completed on the same day as refurbishment works were finalised.

The letting is a key milestone for the new tenants, 4PLinks, and represents a significant expansion of their operations on the South Coast. The new location will help to offer more local jobs in the region and also boosts 4P Links’ e-commerce expertise in the region.  

The property itself is a detached warehouse situated on its own secure, self-contained site with gated yard access and parking spaces. Other notable tenants on the site include Hendy Ford, Coopervision, VES and GE Aviation. 

The property’s location has helped make this an attractive offering to tenants due to the regions excellent transport links and its close proximity to the M3 and M27 motorways.
