Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) have been appointed to let four industrial units located at the popular Railway Triangle in Drayton, Portsmouth following refurbishment works carried out by the landlord, DTZ Investors.
The four units consist of properties ranging from 5,000 – 10,000 sq ft industrial warehouse units and have been completed to an excellent, comprehensive standard and are ready for occupation immediately. The units also benefit from having office spaces along with warehouse space.
Located at the popular Railway Triangle, the units are available to let at £10 per sq ft and are expected to generate significant interest due to its excellent location which is in close proximity to a number of regional transport links including the M27 and A3(M) motorways.
The estate’s excellent, secure location along with its ample loading and parking spaces, have helped it to attract a number of companies such as Freight Transport Limited and Portsmouth NHS Trust.
