We have advised Travis Perkins on the acquisition of a new 2.66 acre development site on Ashley Road in Boscombe, Bournemouth. LSH were able to utilise their substantial knowledge of the South Coast Industrial market in order to identify the site for Travis Perkins, before securing the deal off market.
The planning application has now been submitted to construct a brand new builder’s merchant’s yard for Travis Perkins. It is hoped that this development will bring new job opportunities to the area in the midst of tough economic circumstances caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
