Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has completed three lettings at Parham Drive, Eastleigh on behalf of DTZ Investors. Comprising of Units 1, 7 & 8, and totalling 10,946 sq. ft., the lettings mean all units within the estate are now fully let.
In total, 2 units were let off market while the other was let on the market and has helped to demonstrate requirements for high quality, second-hand stock remains strong against the uncertain economic background.
Achieving increased headline rents, the properties were let to a local distribution company in order to deliver parcels on behalf of both Hermes and Smart Platforms Limited, a plant hire company.
Situated in close proximity to both the M3 and M27 motorway networks, Parham Drive is located within the popular Boyatt Wood Estate providing tenants with quick access to a number of major towns and cities within the region.
The units benefit from having a combination of popular industrial/warehouse and office spaces which met the requirements of the incoming tenants.
