We have secured a new five-year lease to the world’s leading provider of UTM (Unified Traffic Management) software Altitude Angel at The Blade in Reading on behalf of a private client. Founded by Richard Parker in 2014, Altitude Angel will now occupy 2,600 sq ft of prime, Grade A office space in Reading town centre.

Located on Abbey Square, at the heart of Reading town centre’s ever growing business district, the Blade offers over 100,000 sq ft of creative, dynamic and flexible office space within close proximity to many local amenities, as well as Reading’s main train station.

Haslams acted as joint agents with Lambert Smith Hampton.

Rachel Wilkinson, Surveyor at Lambert Smith Hampton, commented:

“It is fantastic to complete on the first deal done in Reading Town Centre this year and also to welcome Altitude Angel to The Blade. Altitude Angel is an exciting company to add to our already diverse mix of tenants. We wish them every success with this move.”

Richard Parker, Altitude Angel, CEO and founder added:

"As our business continues to grow and expand, we wanted our UK headquarters to reflect our size and ambition.  The Blade, as one of the most distinctive buildings in the South East of England, was a perfect fit for Altitude Angel and we’re very much looking forward to making The Blade our home.”
