Crowned Hampshire's most active agents for 15th year in a row

We have been named Hampshire’s Most Active Agent for 2020 in the EGi Deals Awards, a regional accolade we have now won fifteen times, in a row. This latest award follows team member Elise Evans being awarded ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ last month and sees us top of the agent’s league table ahead of Primmer Olds BAS and Vail Williams to claim the overall prize. 

Organised by the property industry’s leading trade publication Estates Gazette, which monitors transactions throughout the UK, the competition recognises the company striking the most deals over a 12-month period.

The team (pictured below) have been involved in a number of the Hampshire region’s major developments, including Merlin Park, Portsmouth - a speculative industrial estate developed by Canmoor & BA Pension group, which achieved new headline rents in Portsmouth. We have subsequently acquired the estate for Orchard Street for £19m off-market earlier in the year.

Our South Coast industrial team have also been a key contributor to the success of Adanac North, a new 185,000 sq ft development which has just completed in Southampton and is 100% pre let or under offer 1 month after practical completion.  

The team remained as active as ever during lockdown, completing high profile deals including the letting of 85,000 sq ft to logistics company DHL at Alpha Park Chandlers Ford, whilst also exchanging on a 120,000 sq ft pre-let at Dunsbury Park Havant to Watson Marlow.
