LSH accelerates growth in its market leading industrial team with hire of Nick Carvey

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Nick Carvey as an Associate Director in its sector focused industrial investment team, as the firm further strengthens its market leading position across the UK and Ireland.

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Nick Carvey as an Associate Director in its sector focused industrial investment team, as the firm further strengthens its market leading position across the UK and Ireland. 

Since January 2019, LSH has grown and revamped its service delivery to provide seamless investor, developer and occupier services with the appointment of James Polson as its National Head of Industrial Logistics, and Richard Meering as National Head of Industrial Leasing joining from CBRE and Colliers respectively. Additional hires to the team have been made in Leeds, Manchester, Bristol, Southampton and London too. 
 
The specialist industrial investment team now stands 4 strong. Nick Carvey joins from retail specialist Fawcett Mead, where he spent over 5 years providing advice to both landlord and occupier clients including CBREGi, Kennedy Wilson, Schroders and Threadneedle. Nick’s appointment adds retail expertise to the industrial investment team which provides investment brokerage, consultancy, funding and research capabilities. Alex Carr leads the team with Nick joining alongside Directors, Jerry Vigus and Charlie How.  In recent times, the team have completed transactions advising clients such as AXA, BMO, L&G, Mayfair Capital, Mileway, Revelan and Tritax.
