Danielle Kirk, Director of Property Management in LSH’s Bristol office, has been shortlisted for a prestigious national industry accolade for the second time.

Danielle, 36, has made it to the final shortlist in Property Week’s Rising Star of the Year award, which recognises talented high fliers in property management under the age of 40. 

Back in 2016, Danielle scooped a coveted place on the shortlist when she was one of just six to make it through to the final judging process, before she went on to win the award.  Now, Danielle has been nominated again in this year’s Management All-Stars Awards, which celebrate excellence across all sectors in real estate management.    

Since joining LSH eleven years ago as a graduate, Danielle has worked with clients ranging from small scale investors to some of the consultancy’s biggest fund clients such as Nuveen.  As a specialist in service charge preparation and management, and mixed commercial property management, she manages the high-profile Spectrum building in Bristol city centre.  Danielle was promoted to Director aged just 33.

Judges assessing shortlisted entrants in the Rising Star category will be seeking young achievers able to demonstrate an impressive range of qualities, from solid leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit, to superlative business acumen and the ability to drive change in their workplace. 

Commenting, Danielle said: “I’m thrilled to have been shortlisted for this award. The nomination comes at an exciting time for our growing property management division, which has been successful with several significant wins across the UK recently. I am looking forward to representing our team in October.”

The winners of the All Star Awards will be announced at a black tie ceremony on November 6 at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London.
