Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has been appointed as sole agent by West Park Graphic Limited on the new 25,000 sq ft industrial development known as Ashbrooke Park at Sherburn in Elmet.
A contractor has been appointed to speculatively build the new industrial estate which will provide a high spec modern facility available on a leasehold or freehold basis. Upon completion, Ashbrooke Park will provide five units at 5,070 sq ft a piece, ready for occupiers to move in.
Ashbrooke Park is prominently situated at the entrance to Sherburn Industrial Estate fronting onto the main estate road (Aviation Road) and the B1222. It benefits from congestion free access to the national motorway network, via Junction 42 of the A1 (M) Motorway which is 3.5 miles away.
Work is due to commence on site this month, and weather permitting, is likely to complete in Q2 2020.
