TH Real Estate acquires prime distribution unit – one of the few 100,000 sq ft units available in the South Coast region

The 125,255 sq ft unit at Hounsdown Business Park, Southampton has been named Optima 125 by its new owners. The unit has undergone a slab to ceiling refurbishment and is now available for immediate occupation. As well as the usual institutional specifications of the building, outstanding features include a significant power supply, great car parking capacity and a fully installed sprinkler system. TH Real Estate will shortly add further car parking capacity and various environmental features such as electric car charging points and solar panels. Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and Knight Frank have been retained by the owners as joint letting agents.
