Bringing 5 years experience, Will joins from CBRE Central London’s Development Advisory Team. As a Development Consultant Will undertook consultancy and development management instruction across office, retail and mixed use residential assets. His achievements include running feasibility studies, coordinating large design teams on prime sites in Central London for institutional clients and domestic PropCos. Prior to this Will was part of the Investment Valuation Team also at CBRE delivering portfolio valuations to clients across the Thames Valley.

I am keen to redeploy my Development Consultancy skill set in a valuation context, to help leverage the company’s national platform and deliver results for clients.”    

In Will’s new role as Associate Director his primary focus will be on Loan Security work with LSH core client base.
