“While UK office deal sizes might be contracting, the market is beginning to show buoyancy again. This represents the perfect opportunity for us to utilise our scale - 31 offices nationwide – to provide granular knowledge and real-time local market office and occupier intelligence to clients seeking first class advice. Ryan will operate at the helm and lead from the front to ensure our landlord and occupier clients receive a seamless service.”
