McClure Solicitors has signed a ten-year deal to take 7,680 sq ft of office accommodation on the 5th floor of the property and will be relocating from its current offices on Cadogan Street due to expansion plans and requiring higher quality premises.
Pacific House occupies a prominent corner position on Wellington Street and Cadogan Street in the heart of Glasgow’s Central Business District, which has a range of transport and retail and leisure amenities within easy walking distance. Having undergone a comprehensive £2.5 million refurbishment, the building offers modern office accommodation with a contemporary reception area. A rental of £18.50 per sq ft was achieved which represents the quality of space available.
Founded in 1853, McClure Solicitors specialises in asset protection, estate planning and inheritance planning and has offices around the country in thirteen locations which are Aberdeen Birmingham, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Exeter, Glasgow, Inverclyde, Liverpool, London, Newcastle, Plymouth, Southport and Truro.
Aasia Mohammad, Director of Business Space at LSH's Glasgow office said: “Despite concerns over the wider economy due to this year’s snap General Election and doubts over the impact of the UK leaving the European Union, Glasgow’s office market remains resilient and in line with five year averages. Market demand is steady for office accommodation in the 7,000 – 8,000 sq ft range. However, we envisage demand will increase further for this size bracket throughout the remainder of the year due to a chronic lack of high-quality office supply in Glasgow’s city centre.”REGISTER FOR UPDATES
