James Banks, who leads the South West lease advisory team, has been appointed to the position of Director.  James has more than ten years of experience in the property sector and joined LSH from Cushman & Wakefield (DTZ) in 2015.  Since then, he has worked with a range of clients across the South West, including Urban Splash, The Crown Estate, Mayfair Capital, BNP Paribas and Boots.  

Simon Redgers, who joined LSH in 2011 and runs the South West building consultancy division, has also been promoted from Associate Director to Director. A national LSH expert in dilapidations, Simon specialises in technical due diligence acquisition surveys, with client experience including Babcock and Nationwide. Prior to LSH, Simon worked at Trident Building Consultancy in London and Bristol.
