On a sunny day in Manchester, more than 400 people from across the UK’s retail and property sector descended upon Manchester town hall for LSH’s annual retail cocktail party. 

Originally established as a key date in the property social calendar by Tushingham Moore, the event has now become an LSH event and goes from strength to strength, growing in numbers each year. 

The cocktail party followed the Property Managers Association annual conference which was sponsored by LSH and held at the same venue earlier in the day. LSH director Richard Platt was one of the event’s key speakers and talked about the subject of the northern powerhouse and the challenges in becoming a world-leading economic area.
