Whether it's access to finance, availability of land or planning policy, there are many factors affecting the delivery of new housing across the UK. In 2013 and 2015, we carried out a residential development survey to identify what we, as a sector, need to do to increase housing supply in the UK.
The findings from our last survey identified planning as the major factor affecting the delivery of new homes, It's just over a year later and we're keen to see what has changed, and what still needs to be done to meet demand.
We're interested in the opinions of key figures in the property industry and would therefore be grateful if you could take part in our two-minute survey to give us an understanding of how banks, developers, land owners, local authorities and central government can help to satisfy future housing demand, and what effects previous efforts to do this over the past two years have had.
The survey closes on Thursday 25 August 2016. Each participant will be entered into a FREE PRIZE DRAW to win a case of Veuve Clicquot.
The findings from the survey will be emailed to you. Click here for prize draw terms and conditions.
