With 12 years of agency experience, Kevin has advised major occupiers such as Trip Advisor, Smeg UK and South and Vale District Councils on their HQ relocations and is handling instructions such as Abingdon Business Park, Westcott Venture Park and Harwell campus.

Kevin explains his plan for the future: “The LSH Oxford office is now 14 strong and has a very good blend of experience and youth. I will continue to drive forward the growth of the office, concentrating on our major service lines of agency, valuation, property management and building surveying. Our focus is on being the most progressive and innovative firm of chartered surveyors in Oxfordshire, while working closely with our Thames Valley and national counterparts to offer the best strategic advice to our clients.”

The outgoing head of office, David Gilbert, who has successfully managed the office tripling in size during his tenure, will be concentrating on his new national role as head of standards and practice for LSH, alongside his specialist consultancy services on dilapidations and dispute resolution.

David comments: “I am delighted to be handing over to Kevin to take the office through its next growth phase. This will enable me to concentrate on my specialist consultancy work with corporate and private clients.”
