Faces from all corners of the commercial property market helped the 40 strong newly relocated East Midlands team ring in the positive changes as a result of the move.

The new open plan office in City Gate East  is a landmark building within the heart of Nottingham’s business quarter and situated at one of the major gateways into the city centre at the junction of Maid Marian Way and Upper Parliament Street.

After 25 years the company decided it was time to move on from its base at Houndsgate in the city centre.

Philip Quiggin, director of office agency at LSH in Nottingham, said: “Our Houndsgate offices served us extremely well for 25 years but as business has developed and grown our needs have changed. Our new offices at City Gate East provide us with first class facilities in a fantastic location right in the very heart of the business community.

“The move will get everyone into more efficient space on one open plan floor. We are also growing from 40 to 50 staff over the next 12 months including three from ES Group, which LSH recently acquired.

“We are all looking forward to the start of an exciting new era for Lambert Smith Hampton in Nottingham and right across the East Midlands.”
