He will be based in Northampton and responsible for expanding the company’s lease advisory service, especially to clients in locations along the M1 and A14. Will brings with him particular expertise from working with big shed clients.

Will has specialised in undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring since 1991. He has been a director at Bilfinger GVA since 2007 and was formerly a partner at GVA Grimley. Will is also a member of the RICS panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts.
