Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced the start of an exciting new era for its Nottingham team which is relocating to impressive new offices.
Geo Hallam and Sons, acting on behalf of F&C Reit Asset Management, has let the refurbished open plan 5,000 sq ft offices in City Gate East to LSH.
Landmark building in heart of Nottingham's business quarter
City Gate East is a landmark building within the heart of Nottingham’s business quarter, situated at one of the major gateways into the city centre at the junction of Maid Marian Way and Upper Parliament Street.
Philip Quiggin, Director of Office Agency at LSH in Nottingham, said: “Our Houndsgate offices served us extremely well for 25 years but as business has developed and grown, our needs have changed. The new offices at City Gate East provide us with first class facilities in a fantastic location right in the very heart of the business community.
“The move will get everyone into more efficient space on one open plan floor. We are also growing from 40 to 50 staff over the next 12 months including three from ES Group, which LSH recently acquired.
“We are all looking forward to the start of an exciting new era for Lambert Smith Hampton in Nottingham and right across the East Midlands.”
Office move to provide platform for further growth
LSH Head of East Midlands, Adam Ramshaw said: “We’re delighted to be moving to City Gate, which marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for LSH in Nottingham. Over 40 staff are already based at our Nottingham office and this move provides the platform from which we can deliver our ambitious targets for even more growth.”
James Hall, of Geo Hallam and Sons, said: “F&C Reit has recently carried out speculative refurbishment at City Gate to differentiate the product from competing space in the city centre. With the large open-plan floor plates available and competitive deals this has attracted a number of new occupiers to this landmark office building.”
LSH Nottingham covers city centre and out of town locations as well as Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and, working alongside its Leicester office, North Leicestershire.
