Sean Brew has been promoted to lead the expanded London team of around 400 people in offices in the West End and South Bank.

Patricia Dorrity has been appointed to succeed Sean to lead the national Property and Asset Management team with expertise across all asset classes, including retail where Lambert Smith Hampton is one of the largest managers of shopping centres in the country.

Sean joined Lambert Smith Hampton in 2011 from DTZ to head up the national Property and Asset Management team.  Under his leadership, the client base and team have grown to become one of the largest in the UK with 240 property management staff.

Patricia re-joined Lambert Smith Hampton last summer, following the acquisition of BTW Shiells, Northern Ireland’s leading commercial property firm. Patricia has almost 30 years of commercial property experience and has worked on some of the UK’s most prestigious schemes, such as Victoria Square in Belfast, Fosse Park in Leicester and Fulham Broadway Retail Centre in London.  She previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton between 1989 and 2003.

Thinking beyond the obvious in Property and Asset Management

Ezra Nahome, CEO of Lambert Smith Hampton, said: “Patricia embodies the very best of Lambert Smith Hampton:  she is determined, enterprising and thinks beyond the obvious. I have no doubt that she will lead the Property and Asset Management team onto even greater glories.

“We are on the march in London and Sean is the ideal man to lead our newly expanded team. We are working on extraordinary projects that have the potential to dramatically change the face of the capital.”

Patricia Dorrity commented: “It’s been an incredible year back in the Lambert Smith Hampton fold. There is so much opportunity and the business is going places. I am wholly committed to Ezra’s mission to deliver a more progressive service to our clients and will ensure that Property and Asset Management is at the forefront of this initiative.”

London - the most dynamic of cities

Sean Brew added: “London is rapidly changing and so are we. I’m looking forward to leading the fastest growing agency team in the most dynamic of cities.”
