A new Head of Property and Asset Management for LSH Manchester

A senior figure in property asset management is to join the Manchester office of LSH to lead an eight strong team of Property & Asset Managers and Facilities Managers.

15 years experience

Paul Jolley has resigned as a director from CBRE and will work his notice until April when he will join LSH as Head of Property Management for the North West.  He has over 15 years of experience working on high profile instructions, dealing with a number of key client relationships and acting as a business developer for the NW Property and Asset Management team.

Local and national clients

Paul has acted for a wide variety of local and national investor and developer clients, including British Land, Manchester Airport Group, First Property and Gordon Moon Properties.  More recently, Paul has been responsible for co-ordinating a national contract with RBS's West Register including providing asset management and strategic advice.

A senior appointment for Manchester
