Alongside his new responsibilities he will also continue in his existing role as head of office in Luton.
Lloyd, who has specialist expertise in the industrial and logistics sector, joined the company in 1989 and has headed up LSH’s regional industrial team for the past 3 years, working along the M1 corridor out of both the Milton Keynes, Northampton and Luton offices.
In-depth local and regional knowledge for clients
He said: "My new role will enable me to reinforce the strong relationships already established between the M1 offices, thereby offering our clients a combination of in-depth local knowledge within a broader regional context.
"I've been actively involved in the Milton Keynes market for the last few years so my appointment to head of office is a natural progression and an exciting opportunity."
Two senior surveyors also appointed
The Milton Keynes office has also appointed Adam Haley and David Ball as senior surveyors within the industrial and logistics and office agency teams, respectively. Adam has nine years specialist expertise within the industrial and logistics sector, having previously worked for two years at LSH’s Northampton office.
David arrives from a local practice, bringing with him over 13 years experience in Milton Keynes, and will be joining Ian Leather who is head of office agency for Northampton, Milton Keynes and Luton.
Expanding the business along the M1 corridor
Welcoming them, Lloyd said: "These appointments are important for us on a strategic level as we expand the business further along the M1 corridor. Thanks to a number of new business wins recently, we will be announcing further appointments in the very near future."
LSH is a national commercial property consultancy that works with investors, developers and occupiers across the public and private sectors, and it is single-mindedly focused on UK and Irish property markets.
