We have expanded our Leeds-based Property Management team with the appointment of Mark Tredgett as Assistant Facilities Manager.
Mark has previously held roles as Property Manager at Allsop Residential Investment Management Ltd (ARIM) and LSI ltd. At ARIM he was responsible for the management of a portfolio in excess of 500 units. His appointment comes as the team’s client base continues to grow.
David Williams, Head of Property Management across the North, said: “The Facilities Management department has grown steadily over the last 24 months and we have developed a solid client base in Leeds. We are confident that Mark will be a great addition to our team and we are very pleased to have him on board.”
Mark added: “I’m really looking forward to working with LSH’s clients. It’s great to see that the team has experienced growth in the downturn and I am looking forward to contributing to further success.”
The Facilities Management team at LSH offers a wide range of services, including helpdesk facilities, technical advice through approved consultancy for health and safety and M&E services, Planned Preventative Maintenance, equipment lifecycle analysis and energy management.
