We have been appointed to manage Jordan Technology Park, near the Northamptonshire home of British motorsport.

The 15 unit development - named after the BBC’s Formula One analyst Eddie Jordan - was completed in June.

First tenants secured for Towcester site

We have secured the first tenants at the Towcester site, situated just off the A43 and opposite the entrance to the world famous Silverstone circuit in the heart of the UK’s Motorsport Valley. A motorsport company has taken an occupational lease on the 11,291 sq ft unit 15.

Jordan Technology Park is expected to bring hundreds of high tech jobs to the region, attracting motor sport research and development, and high powered engineering firms who will benefit from the convenient location close to J15A of the M1 and J10 of the M40.
