Our Property Management team in Yorkshire has been strengthened, with the appointment of Paul Bootham to the role of Senior Surveyor in Leeds and Rosemary Fordham as Associate Director in Sheffield.

Development of residential block management capability across region

Paul, who has been brought in to develop the residential block management capability within the property management team, joins us from Allsops.

He will be dealing with the company’s residential portfolio including City Lofts in Sheffield (approx 316 units) and a number of residential instructions for Prospect GB Limited. Paul will help grow our residential management team throughout the Northern region, and increase our turnover and client base in this area.

Management of existing client portfolio

Rosemary, who has a strong background in commercial property management, joins us from BNP in Leeds. She will be managing a mixed range of properties within our existing portfolio.
