Our team in Sheffield has won a major contract to provide estates and valuation services to the South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive (SYPTE).

Portfolio contract worth more than £1.5m

The three-year contract, worth more than £1.5m, will cover the SYPTE’s entire property portfolio including bus stations and other transport infrastructure throughout South Yorkshire.

We will provide services ranging from valuations, disposals and acquisitions, rent reviews and lease renewals, rating, marketing, land agency services and general property advice.

Jacqueline Elliott at SYPTE said: “The appointment is an integral part of the SYPTE’s commitment to modernise public transport infrastructure and highways across South Yorkshire. We are pleased to be working with LSH on this three-year contract.”

In-house multi-disciplinary expertise

Adrian Lunn, Head of Professional Valuation at our Sheffield office, said: “Property is a key priority for most businesses. We want to ensure that we deliver exceptional quality and service to SYPTE.  We are ideally placed to service this contract because we have all the necessary disciplines in-house”

The contract was awarded through the OGC Buying Solutions Framework and will commence in January 2010.
