Working on behalf of developers HFD, we have secured the first tenant for Glasgow’s most prestigious new business address, at a record rental level for the city of £29.50 per sq ft.
Leading construction consultancy, Gardiner & Theobold (G&T) will occupy 12,314 sq ft on the first floor of the building, and expect to move in by October this year.

£70m development providing 130,997 sq ft of office accommodation
G1 Glasgow is a £70m re-development of what used to be Glasgow’s main Post Office building on George Square. The work involved the demolition of all but three external grade A listed walls, with a new building behind the facade and a striking four storey glass roof extension.
On completion later this year, the building will provide 130,997 sq ft of office accommodation.
