On behalf of the local authority, we purchased this strategic High Street site. The asset let to a range of multiple retailers provided good income for the purchaser and enabled them to secure an important town centre site. The asset was secured on an ‘off market’ basis from a retail fund with whom we have strong links. The value of the asset was £11m and the achieved yield 6.13%.
