The 190,000 sq ft office building, located on East Road just north of the Dublin Landings development, is in close proximity to the Port Tunnel and East Link Bridge offering easy access to the M50, Airport, many Southside suburbs and the M1 Motorway. The property is let to Facebook on a 15 year lease and is home to 800 staff.
The transaction was carried out off market and secured ahead of several interested parties from the Middle East, Far East, the UK and mainland Europe. This acquisition demonstrated our ability to source deals in what is a very buoyant and competitive Dublin Office Market.
