We provided a short term funding solution on two prime London flats for an offshore borrower. This was further complicated as one of the properties was owned in a BVI company structure. We successfully managed to secure the required amount of finance for the client and overcame the challenges of funding illiquid assets in the current market and securing finance for the complicated offshore structure with the legal teams operating across 3 different continents.
