Orion House comprises a self contained office building totalling 12,842 sq ft. In August 2018 we let the property to Genesis Care (specialist Cancer treatment providers) on a 25 year lease with 5 yearly RPI indexed rent reviews. Genesis Care also occupy another building on the park which comprises 14,000 sq ft. The park comprises five self contained office buildings and was purchased by AEW in 2015.  The letting resulted in eliminating AEW’s significant empty rates liability and generating income for the fund.
