We sold this portfolio, comprising four modern residential investment properties providing a total of 171 apartments in Manchester, Birmingham and Nottingham, on behalf of Vista UK Residential Investment.  The portfolio generated a huge amount of interest from a range of parties at a time when the PRS sector was emerging and income producing stock  limited. We took advantage of this to achieve a price 20% above valuation at £24.435m, a gross yield of 6.08% and net yield of 5.60%.
