The challenge

FORE Partnership was looking to secure a value-add opportunity within Manchester city centre. Our capital markets team identified 24 Mount Street and worked alongside our planning, office agency and building consultancy teams to provide advice on the opportunity.

The building is strategically located at the gateway into the core business district, close to St Peter’s Square, and will provide 80,000 sq ft of grade A refurbished office space with leisure units on the ground floor. 

How did we help?

We negotiated a deal with the vendor and secured the acquisition of the building for our client.

We have subsequently been retained to provide office agency services and are working closely with FORE Partnership on the proposed scheme, advising on rental levels, the occupational market, and design considerations.

We are also continuing to work for the client on other investment opportunities.
