Queens Square, in West Bromwich has undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment to transform it into a bright and modern retail centre.

LSH has been working to attract new retailers to the centre, which boasts free WiFi, new flooring, natural daylight in the malls, full interior redecoration and reconfigured retail units.

Targeted marketing programme

Our initial goal was to raise awareness of the scheme with multiple restaurateurs, retailers and retail agents. This was achieved by a targeted marketing programme via presentations and follow-up visits.

The main retail link between New Square Shopping Centre and High Street, it has more than 50 retail units with occupiers including major high street names such as Boots, Poundland and H Samuel.

The centre has an annual footfall of 4.6 million and 75% of visitors have a travel journey of 10 minutes or less.
