The new premise enables Motivcom to relocate from two existing premises under one roof and has excellent access to transport networks.

Savings of £1.9m generated

We negotiated a very competitive rental level and incentive package, generating a saving in the region of £1.9m on the initial quoting terms.

Our Building Consultancy team provided acquisition advice to reduce Motivcom's exit costs from their original space and negotiated a specification of landlord’s works to be carried out to the new HQ prior to occupation.
