The announcement follows the recent signing of a new occupier for the first floor. Sales and service centre, Outsource Strategies, have taken a five year lease on a 5,600 sq ft office suite at a rent of £15.00 per sq ft.

Property consultancies Knight Frank and Lambert Smith Hampton have been appointed as joint letting agents on the development. Tom Eddolls of Knight Frank in Cardiff said: “With a range of suites up to whole floors of 10,000 sq ft available, Longcross will provide contemporary workspace suitable for a wide range of office occupiers.”

“The building is prominently located in one of Cardiff city centre’s main arterial routes and is readily accessible for commuters with excellent on-site parking, access to public transport, cycle parking, showers and changing facilities.”

Roxine Foster, Associate Director at Lambert Smith Hampton, commented: “It is great to see Picton's commitment to improving the building. The suites will provide modern, high specification space which can meet the needs of modern occupiers and consideration has been given to the ongoing changes that the office market is facing following the COVID outbreak.”

Refurbished suites are available from 1,600 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft over the 3rd and 4th floors.
