LSH secure new tenant at refurbished warehouse unit

We have successfully secured a 10 year lease for a refurbished 29,189 sq ft warehouse unit at Calmore Industrial Estate in Totton, Hampshire to local company Total Party Ltd, specialising in Balloons, Balloon Printing & Party Supplies on behalf of a private client. 

Our South-Coast Industrial team, who were named Most Active Agents for the Hampshire region in the EGI 2020 Property Awards, advised the landlord on the refurbishment of the warehouse unit before agreeing an off market letting to Total Party Ltd. 

The local e-commerce company is expanding their operations due to having experienced unprecedented levels of demand during the Covid-19 pandemic. This latest addition to their South Coast warehouse portfolio is likely to create significant numbers of new jobs in the area amid difficult economic circumstances.

The refurbished warehouse unit is located on the established Calmore Industrial Estate, close to the junction of Brunel Road and the A36 Salisbury Road.
